We began our journey as a small support for our clients in the US with a handful of passionate tech enthusiasts. In the Philippines, where there is a steady growth of skilled IT and customer service professionals, our company has grown and managed to assemble a diverse team of experts from various disciplines throughout the years.

2000

Cerium Networks was established on the 1st of October, 2000. Headquartered in Spokane, Washington, USA, Cerium now operates from eight offices in the Northwest including Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.

2015

Cerium established an office in Manila, Philippines (BGC, Taguig City) on the 1st of October, 2015.

Cerium Philippines functions as an after hours-office customer and technical support for our US customers. 

2017

We hired more talent and began expanding our business to include sales that cater to the Philippine-local market.
